Your salesman Tommy has a great manner and was not too pushy, a breath of fresh air when out shopping. He is a credit to your company.

The staff on the phone was precise, helpful, honest, efficient and patient. This was a complete contrarily to my experience visiting Dreams at Tottenham Court Road (TCR) in London. As almost all items I ordered are bespoke sizes, the prices have to be individually calculated. After speaking to the staff from Dundee on the phone, I noticed the prices quoted by the person at TCR store were almost 40% higher. He also quoted a standard product with a non-standard price and did not even border to prepare a proper printed quotation for me. He just scribbled the prices on a sheet of paper and gave to me without much explanation how the non standard prices were calculated. I am very glad I have called the Dream's sales helpline. I would not trust the salesperson at TCR and definitely would not recommend any friends to deal with him.
