Our experience at dreams was perfect Russell did everything he could to help us from finding us the perfect pillow then going on to find us the right frame and mattress 5* all round.

The website was easy to use with a good selection, clear pictures, and well documented dimensions. In addition, the bed looked to be of a good quality as well as being cheaper than other beds viewed on other websites. The order was placed over the phone and the sales assistant on the other end was very friendly and dealt with the order in a very professional and efficient manner.

One colleague was busy with another customer but acknowledged my presence and said he hoped to be available shortly as no-one else available at present. The other person took a long time to be served because of a slow computer so he called another employee, Scott, to come and serve me. Scott was absolutely delightful. He was helpful, explanatory and very amusing without overstepping the boundaries. He also showed me another item that I had not thought of buying and explained it had been reduced even further in your very good sale. He offered to carry items out to my car and was generally a nice person.

The sales assistant call ed Russell couldn't have been more helpful with the pricing of the product and helping with the delivery. He even recommended somewhere to eat after our shopping trip.

The assistant helped us greatly gave good sound advice without sounding like s sales person and at no time was in our face or trying to "sell" us a bed.She knew when to leave us to make up our own mind.It was a positive experience
