Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything well and make it a very easy experiance.

Staff all seemed very friendly & knowledgeable about beds. Salesman was very patient with us explaining all the different attributes of the various types of mattresses etc. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee, but declined not because we didn't want one , but at our age we didn't want to stop on the way home ! It was a lovely gesture though

There was lots of choice and the friendly staff were helpful and the process of placing the order was made so easy

We found the sales adviser (Stewart) to be very friendly and helpful when looking to buy new pillows. He listened to our needs (we both have neck problems) and gave us plenty of advice and also recomened trying out some of the ones that he thought would be ideal for us.

Excellent service from the man who dealt with us (Iain) - his knowledge of the beds etc was brilliant and he answered all of our questions.

Russell helped us pick a new mattress and made sure that we were aware of all the different things we should look out for. He made sure that when we placed the order everything was just right and we got a delivery time that suited us. We were happy to take the extra care package as its good value for money and the option for returning within 60 days is ideal but we should be good with what we have. The added bonus of the item having extra money off in the sale was a great
