service received and effort to show all options in comparison to previous quotes received from alternative supplier. Service was not pushy, provided plenty of time to try different mattresses, took the time to explain the differences.

Products were excellent, . We probably would not have purchased had it not been for the 1/3 off sale. The salesman (Tommy) was very good. Knowledgeable, pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble. Overall, very impressed.

Iain was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service.

Lovely sales assistant helped me find the perfect bed for me, I was offered drinks and given a full run down on my options after explaining what I was looking for! I came away feeling great about my new bed and mattress!!!

Iain at the Dundee store made the whole process extremely easy and comfortable for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable, whilst not being overbearing at all. Tbh, after our previous unpleasant experience at a competitor's store, this purchase was probably largely down to Iain, albeit he was backed up with an excellent product.

The 2 men that helped us were friendly, knowledgeable, and made what I was expecting to be a stressful experience, very easy and somewhat enjoyable!! We were in to get new mattresses for out 3 children, who were with us and can be a handful, but nick and Stewart took.it in their stride, not bothering when the kids went from bed to bed, and interacted with them asking what they liked etc. We were offered cuppys aswell which we refused but was delighted to be offered!
