The assistant that helped us (Iain) was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. He gave us clear and concise answers to questions we had and clarified our understanding as we went through the purchase process. Spending £4000 on a bed is a major investment and one we feel confident was spent wisely and will not regret due to support given He made us feel at ease from the moment he offered his assistance. All staff were friendly and gave us space to look around before approaching us to offer help. Many stores still have staff "pounce" as soon as you are in the door. Store was extremely clean and flooded with light and the Latte was a very welcome added bonus. You should feel very proud of the staff in the Dundee store. They are a credit to your company.

The sales assistant Iain was very friendly and was sympathetic to my husband's ans my disability and went over and above to make us comfortable. We were very impressed.
