Tommy at the dundee store was fantastic. Took time to explain the different mattresses and listened when I explained about my spinal problems. He showed me a couple of mattresses and let me take my time to decide which was better for me. He explained all about the 40 day guarantee and insurance options and I left the store very happy with my purchase.

We went to the store after going to a rival in the same retail park. Your colleague did not give us the "hard sell" which is much more appealing when you consider spending £1500 on a mattress. She was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We selected the mattress out of comfort and the whole experience was not rushed. we were allowed the time to discuss in detail what we were looking for and our specific needs. Overall we completed the purchase and went home extremely happy and looking forward to our delivery !
