I was highly satisfied with my shopping experience at Dreams due to the following: I found the Sales Assistant Scott to be very knowledgeable regarding the products and very patient in discussing each item.I did not at any time feel under pressure to purchase.I therefore was able to purchase the proper mattress for my requirements.I was impressed with the "Free Delivery " Service also.

The assistant Iain was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was particularly helpful in discussion of accessories. The only slight glitch was the time it took to wade through the computer program to get a quote for the particular product we wanted, because it was for a new product range. This was not to do with Ian's competence as other staff were also helping. The delivery time was impacted by the holiday period but that is inevitable at this time of year. Overall we were highly satisfied with the experience and believe we have bought the product which best suits our needs.

The whole process of picking the right mattress was made a lot easier with the knowledge and understanding of the dreams team member.

Staff were very focused on making sure I chose the correct bed and mattress for my needs. Staff vere very polite and helpful at all times.

The sales assistant; Tommy, was very personable and efficient. He gave us accurate and honest advice and made the shopping experience much more bearable (my girlfriend couldn't decide!).

Iain was friendly and very knowledgeable, whilst not being in any way pushy. The service was really excellent in helping choose the right mattress for my son, taking into account his back injury.
