He took the time required to find out what she wanted and would suit her. His product knowledge was impressive as was his manner and customer relations. The cheery shop assistant was extremely helpful without being pushy. He demonstrated a real awareness of our needs and talked us through the options available. We were given time to consider our decision which we were able to do over a very welcome cup of coffee. While the mattress we purchased cost more than we originally intended to pay we left the shop satisfied that the one chosen would best serve my wife's medical condition. I cannot rate your service highly enough.
