Shopping with a 1 and 3 year old is never easy! But we were given time and space to get the shopping we needed done. The assistant gave us assistance but also peace! We came and found what we needed and found the help really useful.

Wonderful service, salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the products. No hassle to buy.

I was particularly impressed with Iain, his knowledge and expertise, but most importantly for me, I did not feel pressurised at all, and felt able to come and go as I pleased, without feeling under any obligation or pressure. This is a rarity in todays highly competitive market, but it means that I will certainly recommend this place to friends and family and will come back again if need be. Please note that my purchase has not yet been delivered, so I have not had a chance to 'check it out' so to speak! But if there's any problems I will certainly let you know!

A member of staff greeted us almost immediately and explained the layout of the shop and the fact that everything's colour coded so to choose the colour of my preferred mattress type, which I found very helpful. I was also given a coffee to enjoy while browsing. The variety of products was excellent and so I was able to get exactly what i wanted. I was very happy that I was also given some time and space to lie down and test the beds as I was hovered over and bombarded with questions in the previous bed shop I browsed. Thanks to this, and the fact that the member of staff I dealt with was very approachable and knowledgeable, Dreams gave me a far superior shopping experience and I'd highly recommend them
