We were given time to browse before being approached by Russell who then advised us of our options once we had expressed what we had in mind. We were shown which mattresses would suit our needs and given incredibly good pillows to help us decide which mattress would suit our requirements. While being left to try a range of mattresses Russell went to make us coffee (delicious and very welcome!) On return he went through all of the different products and answered every question that we had and explained the pricing and how it all worked. We went through various options of base/headboard to go with our chosen mattress and also advised us on choosing bedside cabinets to go with our choice, making sure we were happy with slight colour variations on our chosen products. All done with a smile, good humour and a lot of patience! We were in store for well over an hour making our choices and we did not feel rushed or pressured at any time which was like a breath of fresh air compared with our visit earlier in the day to a competitive store where very little interest was shown in what we wanted! We will be recommending Dreams to all off our family and friends.
