We had a rough idea of what we were looking for but Scott made our decision a lot more easier. He was incredibly helpful and gave us lots of options to choose from. Me and my partner left feeling valued as a customer and overall it was a fantastic experience!

Very friendly and helpful

This was our first visit to Dreams, having spent time in two other bed shops. The salesman, Iain, was by far the most knowledgeable and was very helpful and friendly. He gave us time to ask questions and to make up our minds without any pressure.

We were given time to look around the store before being approached by the assistant who then proceeded to tell us about the price structure, the colour coding and if we would like refreshment. We were invited to then try out each bed we liked when we were satisfied with our choice Stewart the assistant then explained all the procedures open to us,.when he finished we then placed our order. We would like to say that Stewart was very friendly and knowledgeable it was a pleasure to shop with dreams

The sales assistant was very professional with his knowledge and manner a true gentleman. When answering all my questions and needs to make sure I bought the correct purchases for my medical needs, the sales assistant was very patient and made sure I was one hundred percent sure before I decided which items I would buy. The sales assistant was not pushy nor was he after a quick sale. I was very impressed with the service I received
