excellent service and advice , salesman cudnt be more happier with everything

The showroom is in a good location, bright, spacious and easy to walk around. The salesperson Sandy did not rush over but allowed us a few minutes to have an initial look. When asked for assistance she talked us through various options based on our answers to her questions. We were encouraged to try several beds and advised how to evaluate each one as to our preferences. We were able to make a decision thanks to her advice & help. The sales procedure was prompt, fully explained and easy to complete with full explanations of all stages. We were very pleased and look forward to delivery of the beds.

Had been a few times prior to making this purchase and like the times before we were never put under any pressure to make a decision to buy we were giving as much time as we were required and to try out as many beds that we thought were the right ones for our need and requirements. We seen the same salesman every time we went into showroom he was most helpful and was able to answer any question regarding the products and would highly recommend the shop to anyone want to buy a similar item from your range a very happy and satisfied customer keep up the good work and this is a credit to you company

I found the pillows I was looking for. I was very pleased to see all your range of pillows had tester versions on display as well.

The store was very inviting. The layout of the store was explained. The staff members we spoke to were all polite and helpful. Staff member Russell was especially helpful and explained everything clearly.

Iain who looked after us made sure we understood how the store was laid out and where to find everything. He then encouraged us to try as many mattresses as possible and left us to it. The when we were stuck between two he came and provided the information we needed to choose the one that would suit us best. Very good customer service!!
