I appreciated the time and effort taken to explain the different types of mattress. Also, the detailed information on the product and all questions answered fully.

The service we were given was excellent. We didn't feel rushed and everything was explained really well to us. Purchasing the bed and mattress was a very easy process.

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure from them for me to buy.... They never pounced on me as soon as I entered the shop, but at the same time they were readily available when I needed their help and advice. I really liked their relaxed approach to sales, whilst all the time remaining professional. They were in Jo way intimidating or false.. I found them to be very sincere, normal guys... Thank you very much for that!!

Very pleasant experience. Actually only went to the retail park to buy a new sofa but ended up having a look at the beds whilst we were there. We were never pressured or hassled. Stewart approached us and told us to start by trying the sample beds for the different types of mattresses. This was a good idea as we really didn't know what type we were after. After a quick test, we knew what type of mattress we liked and were able to continue shopping using the colour coding provided. We found the frame we liked pretty quickly but needed a little bit of help choosing between two mattresses. Stewart was able to clearly explain the difference between the two allowing us to make an informed decision. In the end we were very happy with the service provided. Stewart is an excellent salesman considering we were only visiting another shop to buy a sofa but ended up leaving with a bed too.

We found the whole experience very pleasant & highly satisfying. Iain, your sales colleague was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite & easy to talk to. He did not seem that he wanted us to rush, allowing us time and giving us very good & precise information, thus allowing us to feel comfortable with what we were buying. I would recommend to anyone the Dreams store in Dundee, whether family or friends. We feel that they would be well taken care off by Iain.
