We were delighted with the service we received from your representative Russel Barrie,he made our visit and purchase an enjoyable experience. He provided excellent assistance - there when we had questions but never crowding us.

Friendly staff

We purchased a mattress about a month ago at this same location. We went back to purchase a bed on this visit as we are moving. They were willing to honor the 20% sale on the bed even though we had purchased the mattress earlier. We visited several stores but liked the selection and sales help at this store. Stewart and Nick showed us different storage options and we ended up choosing a bed after being shown how the bed was easy to raise and had much more storage! We were also offered beverages while we were shopping! As we are Americans, we have never been offered drinks in an American showroom while shopping for furniture!!! Both men were very helpful and friendly!

The store and staff were very welcoming and Stewart was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in.

Russel was very professional and pleasant during my visit to the store. He allowed enough time so that one was able to decide, without being pushy. Excellent and wonderful manners.Highly recommended. He explained everything very thoroughly.

It was an important purchase and the sales assistant Sandie couldn't have been more helpful and informative. She explained the types of mattress and what they were made of, how they each differed and gave us time to try out several different options. There was no hidden costs and everything was laid out clearly and easy to follow. Loved the Tempur experience 'pod'.

I went to Dreams having seen the TV advertisements and after moving home, required a new double bed, 2 double mattresses and 2 single divan beds. The 2 assistants I spoke to regarding my needs (Scott and Ian on separate visits) were both extremely helpful when explaining the products available; details given why beds were of different quality, finish, and comfort to suit all needs and the choice of materials and colours to suit my rooms. There was a vast selection but I felt that each of them gave me all the time I needed to eventually come to a satisfactory decision on which beds to purchase and now can't wait for them to be delivered and to use them, as I am confident they will fulfil all my expectations. I could not have had better service in a relaxed atmosphere anywhere.

Been researching for a new mattress for sometime and decided on the products from Dreams. Price, Stock Availability and what various other review websites had to say with the products purchased I decided to use Dreams. Very happy with the service received in store and the service and information given. Would recommmend others to use the same store and prices were very competitive against other suppliers.

The manager was very attentive and polite. Took time to understand our needs and was very knowledgeable. Allowed us to make up our own mind without and undue pressure.
