Dreams - Dundee

The store assistant Sandie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and spent time with me answering all my questions. The store manager Nick was also very helpful and answered all my questions.

Our Dreams assistant that helped us (Stewart) was fantastic, from the moment he introduced himself, he was friendly, understanding of our needs, gave us information when required and gave us our own time to decide based on his technical knowledge and our needs, offered us refreshments and explained the colour coding system in the store and even got us our own pillows based on our needs to use whilst trying a variety of beds. From explaining the different types of beds, to payments to technical requirements to giving us free time to decide on our own he was top class. We actually spent 2 and half ours in store, that is way more than we would usually in any store, but due to the service being provided and the the cost and importance of a mattress that is best for us and feeling totally at ease within store this was time well spent. As already said a fantastic experience and will very highly recommend to all I meet, icing on cake was when Stewart overheard I was in the forces and advised on 10% discount offered by Dreams, simply put I will always use Dreams due to this experience, thank you Dreams and particuarlly Stewart in Dundee.

Tommy ( at Dundee store) not only had a great knowledge about the products, but alo was very friendly , while offering a great service - and nice cappuccino and water.

Iain was outstanding, he knew his stuff, he wasn't overly intrusive and he helped us in every aspect of the "bed-buying" experience. We are knew to this, what with it being our first ever bed, so were a little taken aback by the actual price of beds, but by no means is that a criticism of Dreams or Iain. He talked us through what we would need and why and showed us a great variation in the products, even in trying out the different mattresses - absolute gold from start to finish!

Whilst walking around, each staff member welcomed me to the store which I was very impressed with. Very friendly and helpful with getting the right product. There was no rush or pressure.

The assistant was brilliant took his time to chat about the difference between all the beds we looked at excellent experience.

The assistance we received was second to none. Extremely pleasant and helpful.
