Even without this monthly draw as an incentive, I intended to make a point of formally reviewing the excellent service we received from Iain today. He was faultless in every aspect of customer service and surpassed our expectations with his knowledge and manner. He was considerate and made our decision-making very easy. Big thanks to Iain.

Given ample time to view the various products then calmly approached by an observing salesman who guided us thro' various questions of ours till we arrived at decision. Admin was efficiently done (incl a cup of tea).

My husband and I were just going to look for a new mattress and we ended up purchasing one! The help we received was absolouley fantastic, we were given a pillow each and taken to the test station after being explained how it worked once we narrowed it down to two choices we were talked through in more detail how to make a final decision, at no time were we rushed or pressured to make a decision we were just given information and time and never felt uncomfortable like you normally would shopping for a mattress or bed! Will be telling everyone I know if they need a new mattress to go to dreams!

The assistant Russell was very knowledgable about the various products, and tailored his advice to what we needed. He made us a coffee and then recommended we take as much time as we liked choosing our matress
