The salesman while very helpful was not pushy and also gave us time alone to think about what we wanted and time to try the products. He was happy to assist in setting furniture out for us to see what it would look like beside the bed. We were shopping with our children which can be difficult especially when we are in the shop for a while however but they were very accommodating with showing the kids an area where they could draw and even entertaining our youngest while I completed paperwork.

The Dundee (Kingsway) Store is well laid out, offers an extensive range of designs and options and a very pleasant place all round. Iain the staff member was extremely helpful, introducing himself but leaving us alone to browse at our leisure. When we required help or advice he was on hand, very pleasant and friendly. He guided us through the process of our purchase and went the extra mile to check regards availability of extra shelving in the head board unit. His telephone calls were polite, friendly and despite being unable to get the extra shelves we are still completely satisfied with his level and quality of service.

Able to try the product and compare it against similar products, sales adviser (Iain) took the time to swap products around, giving us the opportunity to try different combinations, until we found what best suited us

Assistant was helpful but not pushy. He had a good product knowledge and gave good direction to products. Delivery - not having to wait long and able to pick best day.
