Tommy was very knowledgable and really helped me choose the right mattress for me. The coffee was great too, but my mum wants it noted that when offered a drink she said she'd like a wee whiskey lol

Friendly staff, listened to our individual needs and showed us various options. Didn't rush us, offered us tea/coffee while we looked around. Knowledge of products was excellent. Understood our concerns and deliberations over different products and helped answer our queries with excellent first hand knowledge. Excellent service and explained fully the details of payment options, disposal of old bed, new bed protection cover and free delivery.

The colour coding system meant that we could easily find what sort of mattress we were looking for and narrow down choices. Our Dreams staff member, Scott obviously listened to us as he used the information to ofer us approrprate additions to our mattress purchase. He was very knowledgable about the products and also so friendly and kind that we really valued his help choosing our purchase. Appreciated the cuppa whilst looking!

Very impressed with service at Dreams, colleague Sandie was brilliant, came over and offered assistance, then left us to have a look, but was available as and when we needed to ask something. Very helpful but not at all pushy or in your face.

I got welcomed as soon as I got in. The employee listened to my very demand and guided me through the wide choice of beds to find the one that suited me the most. He clearly explained every aspect of the purchase, from the warranty to the different options of payments. The store was clean, bright and well sorted. A really good shopping experience.
