I was with my daughter (20yrs with learning difficulties) The assistant took the time to explain how she could pick a bed etc.

I went into Dreams feeling a bit daunted and was greeted quickly by Iain who was very friendly and explained everything and was with me every step of the way. He was absolutely brilliant at his job. Very helpful and put me at ease. He should get a raise!

We were approached by a member of staff when we entered the shop. He gave us an explanation of the different types (colour codes) of mattresses that were in the shop. We didn't feel pressured at all during our visit which can often be the case when furniture shopping. Overall the staff member was friendly, knowledgable and listened to what we were looking for.

Nick was very attentive he made us feel comfortable with trying out our new mattress. He was a most pleasant and helpful rep and it made our visit very enjoyable

Very Helpful and efficeient service

While my wife organised the purchase of Sharps Bedroom wardrobe I took a wander round the store and came upon the Berkley range of wardrobes. An assistant called Tommy immediately approached me offering help. He was most courteous and took the trouble to show me all variations of the product It was a pleasure to have such a helpful assistant and I had no hesitation in purchasing a Berkley L1 wardrobe.

I visited the store twice, the first time to look at the range of sofa beds and the second to purchase. Staff were very attentive without being pushy which was a contrast to the other stores on the retail estate, I was offered coffee and given time to decide. I have purchased from Dream before, so knew to expect good service.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff (Russell) who enquired if he could be of assistance. When we told him we were looking for new mattresses for our adjustable bed he showed us the Dreams range and explained the colour coding on the beds. He then showed us to the Tempur booth where he gave us suitable pillows for our trail on the Tempur adjustable bed while watching the informational video. We were also given a lovely mug of coffee to enjoy while we relaxed. Once we had finished in the Tempur booth, Russell explained various options that would be suitable for our bed. We tried 3 different mattresses before making our decision. Russell then explained the Dreams Comfort Exchange policy and guarantee before placing the order for our chosen mattresses.
