We found that Iain, at Dreams Dundee, was friendly, down to earth and took his time to listen to what we wanted. He was incredibly thorough when placing the order and was highly knowledgeable about the products we were buying. Easily my happiest sales experience of the year and we have been kitting out a new house so we can easily compare to many other companies.

I rang the sales team number on Good Friday to make an enquiry and my call was diverted to the store in Dundee. My enquiry was dealt with in a polite, professional and friendly manner by Tom, who was very helpful

Your store representative (Tommy) was brilliant. Very, but not over friendly. Seemed to know his product well. Asked who it was for and then showed a number of mattresses in different price ranges. He then left us on our own to make our choice. He was then available for any questions. Not pushy or hovering close by. Just what we expected from a good sales person. Would certainly use Dreams (and Tommy) again. Well done.

Found just what we wanted and at a very good price. Salesman was Stewart, very friendly, couldn't do enough to help and even made us a lovely cup of tea. All in all a very pleasant experience.
