the helpfulness and the friendly sales assistant sandie was excellent she knew what she was talking about and i was made to feel very welcome and was offered refreshments too

We were met but not harassed on arrival by the salesman Iain, offered coffee and informed he was available for questions. We were then allowed time to explore the differing mattresses and Iain then approached us when we had narrowed it down to 3, returning when we had decided on one. At no point did we feel pressured, which I detest, more aware that Ian was keeping a friendly eye on our progress and there if needed. When we made our decision he accepted that we would go away for other shopping to think about it and very helpful with all the information and services available. On return 20 minutes later he remembered us, the options we had discussed and what we wanted with no further pressure to take more which is very refreshing!

Staff is good, prices are good

The sales consultant was very helpful. We were specific in the brand of mattress we wanted and he was very knowledgeable about the different products under this brand. We were able to test the different mattresses and when we decided which one we wanted, the order process was simple and fast. The sales consultant also explained all our options in terms of finance etc. Very satisfied!

Iain came over, found out what I needed (a pillow) gave me advice, told me I was welcome to try them out on the beds, then when he was sure I had everything he needed he left me alone to make my decision. There was a good range and prices in all ranges.

I phoned the telesales number as I was in a real hurry to place an order and get a quick delivery of two beds to my daughters new flat. Sandy, Russell & Tom were all so helpful on product, availability, payment & delivery - they all made the process so easy.

Russell who sold the mattress to us was excellent, giving us information and being helpful but also stepping back and letting us try products.

I spoke to Tommy in Dundee and he was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and this made for a great experience. I had to change my delivery date due an unforeseen clash and Iain (same branch) was equally helpful. The delivery hasn't happened yet and I haven't actually seen the products however service and advice so far has been great - please ensure that you compliment the team in Dundee for all they've done so far.
