Great customer service from Iain at the Dundee store great friendly service and brilliant knowledge a credit to your team

We were served by Tommy and he was very helpful advising us of different mattresses and allowing us time to try them. He also made sure that we had chosen the mattress for us by advising us to try different ones and going back to the one we had chosen. Tommy was attentive whilst not being pushy. We were also offered coffee on our visit.

We were talk though out the showroom worked and them the saleswoman offered us coffee and detracted my children, which meant we could choose a mattress with out being pestered.

Sandie was very knowledgeable about products. Plenty of choice of products, mattresses, beds, pillows. Sandie gave us plenty of time to test mattresses. She answered our questions. What could have been a mundane experience was actually a fun and pleasurable experience due to friendliness of staff. What was nice was that Sandie made us feel we were the only customer, made us feel important and not just looking for a sale.

From the minute we entered the Dundee store, we were met by salesman James Scott, who could not be more helpful. He listened to our needs and served us with a lovely coffee and talked us through the ranges of mattresses. There was no hard sales talk, and he genuinely seemed interested in us as customers. Bought pillows that we were not planning to buy... however able to try them in store and that was what made us decide. Will be back to store to purchase mattress in near future

Sandie helped me right from the moment she seen me dithering about. Took me straight to the pillows.Wanted two similar to what I had bought about 8 years ago. Tried one on a bed. Whilst paying for them was offered, and accepted a cup of tea.Customer service is fantastic.

We were met at the door by a very friendly gentelman called tommy whom was verry helpfull with helping us find what we were looking for by listening to our needs and what we wanted he was also full of knowledge on all the products we were intrested in and this made it so much easier to make a choice. Tommy also reconised me when i went to the store the next day to ask a question about my product and he personally saught me out to help.
