Most impressive service from Iain who explained the store's lay-out and then left me to look on my own. I liked that there was no,pressure to buy. All my questions were answered and he displayed a thorough knowledge of the products. Costs were clearly explained and the ordering process was efficient and straightforward. Overall an first rate experience. Other stores have much that they could learn from this particular store.

Very nice place clean and warm and perfect customer service, big choices of mattresses and very high standard products, only one thing very long waiting time for a mattress, over a month? but we love the mattress we choose and service was amazing so we can wait, otherwise highly recommended!!!Definitely will back for more beddings.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and attentive. We were given time to fully evaluate our options and the salesman was always on hand to answer questions. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

Sandie was very knowledgeable and personable. She was very helpful and had good knowledge about the benefits of different kinds of pillows and mattresses, looked after us in terms of refreshments, measured the headboard so we could check if it would fit under our coombed ceiling wall, and was professional but also very warm and friendly.

Good balance of advice given and time given to digest info and discuss privately the options available. We deliberated overnight before returning the next day to make our purchase when we again received the same attention from different staff members.

The sales assistant was particularly friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

The assistants name was Scott, he showed me how the store was laid out, explained the colour system and gave me a pillow. He went and made me a Latte which was amazing, spent all his time looking after me, listening to my needs and also explaining everything. Came away with a new bed, mattress and furniture which was above and beyond my expectations. Not pushy either which really bothers me when I visit similar stores. An absolute credit to the Dundee Store, the company, I will recommend him to all my family and friends.
