The store assistant was very helpful, gave us enough time to test out the products and to decide what was best for us. There was no pressure to buy anything and details of everything were explained very clearly to us. We were offered refreshments as well.

I like the way the mattresses are organised into categories which are colour coordinated. It made it much easier and quicker to find the type of mattress I was looking for. I was given my own pillow and was offered a cup of coffee which I happily accepted. I was served by Sandie, who was nice and relaxed and really did help me in my purchase of mattress. I did not feel rushed while testing many different mattresses. I told Sandie that I did not want to pay too much per month. She spoke with the manager who was happy to let me spread the cost over an extended period of months, lowering the monthly cost. When discussing payment options Sandie asked if I needed a couple of minutes to be left alone to think about it before deciding. This was a nice gesture as it prevented me from feeling pressured into purchasing. After a couple of minutes thinking about the finance option and laying on the mattress I decided I would indeed make that purchase. I am now very much looking forward to my delivery! Also, the rest of the staff were friendly and even made a second cup of coffee for me. Delighted!

I was with my mother who was enquiring about a bed to ease her arthritis - Russell helped us and encouraged us to sample the Tempur mattress and watch the DVD. We were offered time and privacy to see and experience the product - we had a real giggle on the fancy bed We were offered tea facility Russell took time to show us other products however his knowledge of the Tempur gave us confidence to purchase this expensive item, he took us through the options for the mattress, telling us about claiming the tax as my mother has recognised health need. I did not feel pressurised into the purchase, we were given time to think and discuss our options, we were given the Tempur product guide and with Russell's expertise we were able to pick the best items for my mothers needs. Delivery was arranged - it is 4 weeks, I would have liked it sooner

Stewart was very helpful and knowledgable. Offered a cup of tea and wasn't pushy which was good.

Scott explained everything in detail, which made it much easier to choose what product was chosen.

Your sales assistant Tommy was very helpful throughout our visit to the Dundee Kingsway store, he helped us select the right bed for our needs and guided us through the purchase process. We were delighted with the service we received.

met by stewart ,friendly lad explained the different types of mattresses . tried out a lot of mattresses with the aid of a super dooper pillow . stewart explained the products well and the different variations in price . was only shopping for mattress but touch advantage of the 0% finance and bought the bed and headboard as well as the mattress. Thanks for the nice service

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Dreams. The staff member who served me in-store took a lot of time to explain the different types of mattress and helped me choose the right one. He was also able to order the bed I wanted even though they didn't have it in the store at the time. Being able to choose my delivery date was also a massive bonus and I was kept well up to date with the expected delivery time.

Store manager Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful, very pleasant and not pushy, allowing us to take our time to select our new mattress, yet guiding us smoothly through the selection process to help us narrow down your wide selection.
