Shopped in the Dundee store and were looked after by Stewart. He was very helpful and explained the products well, letting me try out the mattresses and giving me time to decide on the perfect one.

we were dealt with in a friendly and welcoming manner. the sales assistant scott from dundee was very helpful. we were happy with the way the order was placed and delivery time given was quick too. overall we are very happy with the service and would recommend dreams to friends and family.

Did not push us into a sale, Stewart explained the best way to go about deciding on the Best Buy to suit our needs. He left us to decide without hanging over our every move. Very satisfied with the way he went about his business.
