I bought a bed and Steward was very helpfull he did everything he could to give as a good advice

The Assistant Stewart helped us and left us to decide what we wanted but advised which sections to try after using the colour schemes

The salesman Stewart was very helpful and catered for our every needs. We also got a nice cup of coffee!

There is no dreams store in Perth so we originally shopped in Bensons as it is local. We were about to make a purchase there and only then told there was a delivery charge of £45 which was not mentioned by the assistant on either of our two visits. We said we could pick up the bed ourselves to save on this charge and were told this wasn't possible. At no point had this additional charge been mentioned to us or was it advertised anywhere so we left unhappy and decided to take a trip through to Dundee. Our experience was totally different! Stewart introduced himself, explained the grades, offered us to try any beds and left us to browse assuring us he was on hand if we needed assistance. We liked him immediately! When we had decided between two options he came back to help us decide and of course he told us there was free delivery on at the time, explained the 8 yr guarantee and mattress exchange. Amazing service. There was a feel good factor between staff and customer. We only told him about our experience at Bensons during the signing up so his service was not influenced by our previous experience in any way. Well done Dreams and Stewart Petrie!!

Having no prior knowledge of the store we visited this as a first port of call shopping for a single matress for a guest bed, there was no need to look any further as what we were looking for was at the right price, available extremely quickly and into the bargain it was an extremely stress free experience. The member of staff welcome us as we entered the store and thereafter approached us to offer assistance and technical knowledge. Really impressed would definitely shop here again.

Having already bought a mattress from Dreams I knew the sales person were first class and knowledgeable on the products.

Sandie at the Dundee store was amazing. She helped me choose the right mattress for me. Allowing me as much time as I wanted to try different mattresses. Explained everything very well. Offered tea and coffee whilst in the shop. The delivery time is suitable for me and I can't wait to try my new mattress. Thank you again Sandie
