I had perfect service when choosing a mattress Stuart was excellent

The assistant was knowledgeable about the products and tailored the stuff he showed us to what we wanted and could afford. He was also very professional and pleasant

i found the sales man very helpful and he backed off when myself and my wife needed to talk about the various choices that was presented to use

The store was easy to find and good car parking right outside the entrance. The store was cosy and warm on a cold January morning. The staff immediately greeted my wife and I as we entered and quickly understood our purchase requirements. The ability to trial the Tempur mattresses in three different grades was ideal and we had little problem in deciding which to purchase. The staff ( Store Manager "Nick") was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were looking for and gave us a thorough insight and choices. He arranged and thoroughly explained the purchase and finanace efficiently and we enjoyed a complementary cup of coffee whilst he was in process.

Iain was very good, he listened to what we were looking for and gave us the information we required. Iain did not push us to any specific type of mattress and only to the ones that seemed best for my husband and I. He advised us to lie down and try the ones we were interested in bringing a memory foam pillow for my needs. He did not hang around but kept in touch to answer any queries we had. We found Iain to be very helpful during the whole time in store.

we were highly satisfied with the help we got from tommy in the Dundee store as he went into every detail of the deal .And he also told us what we can get with the bed . he also sat us down and offered tea or coffee . I am so glad we went to dreams for our bed . thank you tommy , as Scottish people would say pure dead brill.

I previously visited this store location several months ago prior to making my purchase today. On my first visit Iain took the time to inform and indeed educate me on the more in-depth points in types of beds & their respective qualities. Iain has a vast wealth of knowledge in the product he sells which played a major part in today me making contact with him again to help me make my purchase. Throughout the whole process Iain gave gave me time,information and recommendations which were much appreciated. He also covered every aspect of disposal of my old bed, insurance cover (which i took) and accessories (Pillows & protectors) which again i opted to purchase. All in all the product which admittantly was expensive was expertly explained & respectfully Iains good nature & non pushy , yet professional salesmanship was a majoy contribution to my making todays purchase. Sandie was a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person with plenty of good advice to impart, but not too pushy. We had a good opportunity to examine and experiment with a variety of bed-bases and try out the mattress.

The Salesman Stuart was very knowledgeable and friendly made sure we tried a few beds to ensure we got try the best fit for our needs.

They had the exact mattress I was looking for, I was highly satisfied with the explnation, was also allowed to test the mattress, very satisfied,
