Everyone very helpful, and took time to explain all I asked.

Scott and Stewart at the Dundee Kingsway store were extremely helpful and helped me decide on the perfect bed.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and went out of there way to ensure I get the bed I wanted.

The whole buying procedure was conducted in an efficient and professional manner and the staff were most helpful.

The shop has a welcoming feel. I was obviously observed by the salesman on entering the premises but was given time to browse before being approached. There was no feeling of a hard sell about his approach and any questions were answered with a direct answer and the feeling that he had full knowledge of the items I was interested in. On completion of the transaction the final feeling was one of satisfaction and a good experience with friendly, competent staff
