2061015520: Scott was very helpful, not pushy and offered the right level of assistance. He has an excellent manner and approach to customer care. I also noticed that the other sales staff were just as calm and collected. This was not the only store i visited that day (other retailers) and I did not get the same feeling. Keep up the good job Scott.

Scott who took care of us was quick to offer assistance but was not pushy either, he was polite and well mannered and easy to talk to which instantly put us at ease and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he took time to listen to what we wanted and did not try and push products on to us. He answered any questions we had and also advised us and helped us understand which products suited our needs. In all a very pleasant chap which made our experience painless and easy. The range of products in the store was excellent, it was clean and well lit, good shopping environment.

We didn't go in necessarily looking to buy that day and we had a number of questions to be answered before thinking about buying. However the salesman answered all of our questions, was very helpful in pointing out the 'technical' aspects of the mattresses and gave us plenty of breathing space whilst finally making our choice. A very positive experience for us and whilst we ended up spending more than we anticipated, it was our personal choice to do so having been provided with the facts by the salesman. We appreciated his knowledge and the courtesy shown to us during our visit. Buying British wherever possible is also important to us and we had plenty of choices here.

Tommy the assistant was very good was happy with all the conditions.

Immediately we entered we were approached offering assistance but not in your face, told what we were looking for and explained about the test beds and given a pillow and insisted we try every one before deciding which was suitable. No problem in deciding and from then on it was easy.

The staff were very friendly and knew the products. I never felt rush to make my mind up on what product/mattress to pick and they were happy to gave any help.

Russell the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about our needs and the products available. We were in a different shop where their product was cheaper, Russell took the time to go on line and identify the mattress we were speaking about and explained the differences and the superior quality of the Dreams mattress. He was also very friendly as was all the other members of staff we encountered while in the store.

At Dundee Branch Stewart was a friendly but not in your face salesman, just way I like it. Informative but not intrusive.
