We entered the store and had a short time to browse (not pounced on right away!) Tommy asked if we needed assistance and from then on was most helpful, friendly and not at all pushy

I found the sales person excellent and enjoyed my shopping experience.

The Store Manager (Nick) assisted us throughout. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.

We were attended to very quickly with friendly people and very helpful we got alot of information giving to us which really helped us make our choice

The store representative was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the products, he also provided us with a tea and coffee.

As I have a disability and need a very comfortable mattress. The staff assistant Iain could not have given me anymore help and assistance that he give me. His knowledge of what I squirted was brilliant.

Iain was very helpful and gave us all the information that we needed and gave us plenty time to decide on the mattress that we both decided on. I found it a pleasant experience and would certainly visit the store again in the future.

We received assistance promptly within the store to find a suitable product and the purchase was accomplished smoothly and quickly.
