Staff were very friendly and helpful and I got exactly what I was looking for

Sales people were very helpful, didn't feel pressured into buying and were very patient.

Staff very helpful,nice appearance,friendly with good knowledge of product we were interested in purchasing. His name wa Iain.

Very friendly, knowledgeable & professional but not pushy staff. We were encouraged to lie on the beds & the assistant explained the differences between different types & firmness of the mattress. We thought that what we purchased was well priced & some additional discount was allowed for disposal of the old mattresses. Regarding delivery, we thought that 12 days was OK with confirmation of the approximate timing phoned to us on the delivery day. The disposal bags provided are a good idea from Dreams. Overall Dreams have concentrated on providing a high-quality service to their customers.

Stewart was very polite and easy to talk to and gave us some good advice

Great friendly service. I was given information about the new bed and mattress I was purchasing, information about the mattress protection which I purchased and a mattress cover which I also purchased. I was even offered a cup of tea. I will definitely recommend Dreams to others and will shop with you again in the future.

The lovely salesman I spoke to was so careing & thoughtful to all of my needs & called me back when my home land line went a little crackly so I got the bed i need made to suit all of my health concerns & get a better night sleep & to dream on so no more disturbed sleep for me or my daughter because he put me @ ease I ordered a new bed for myself & a mattress for my daughter too so well done Dreams x

Visited before Xmas and purchased a new mattress and the staff were polite and helpful without being too pushy or intrusive. Went back after Xmas and purchased wardrobes. Again very helpful but not in your face as it is in other stores.
