Dreams - Dundee

We were given the information we needed, without the hard sell which we both appreciated. When we go to buy something we are both of an age to know what we don't want and Stewart very quickly pick up on our needs and the information we were not interested in. This professional approach led us to placing an order and being very satisfied with the level of service.

The staff made the visit to store so worthwhile. The greeter was welcoming, funny and helpful in starting a conversation about our needs. He spent time take us around various beds and asking us to take our time and try every one, asking us questions about our current bed and what we wanted. My wife is pregnant and was feeling very nauseous... he made us both a cup of tea and made sure she was conformable. We wanted something that would be a good fit for our expanding family and he made sure to take that into account. Our experience was relaxed from the outset, it made shopping at dreams.... Well, a dream to be honest.

We got a friendly welcome when we entered the store at the Kingsway Retail Park Dundee and given time to look around before a staff member approached us which was nice. When Iain did ask if we needed any assistance he was very helpful and knowledgable on what type of mattress might suit us, he listened too what we needed and that helped us make an informed choice, the experience in general was relaxed,friendly and helpful. We left the store happy with our purchase.

I was met and greeted at the door, offered a coffee, asked what product I was looking for, left to try mattresses without being watched over, helped out regularly, very helpful staff member - Kieran. Also Nick who sorted out finance, all in all an excellent experience.

We were greeted in a very friendly and courteous manner by Stewart. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. At no time did he try to force us to buy the most expensive items. He was patient and took a great deal of time to show us all the beds and mattresses on display. He completely understood our needs. His customer service was second to none, even when the computer seemed to go to sleep at 7:30pm he still remained calm and very patient.
