We were delighted with the knowledgable advice and help given by Scott and at the end manager nick who altered our colour change quickly and efficiently .

Stewart was very good at his job and very pleasant looked after us would use you again if needed a new bed

Store was not busy, plenty of salesmen around, immediate assistance when I entered the store, salesman very helpful and knew his products. I have bought from you before so am an established customer.

The young gentleman was fantastic he had me lying down on all the beds to see what was the most comfortable he help us with anything we were not sure off ,gave us a lovely coffe ,we where very impressed would go back to him again great working .

When entering the store we were greeted with a friendly welcome.Salesman explained the different types of mattresses,then left us to browse around the products in private.after making our final choice he was very helpful.

Tommy was very pleasant and knowledgable which made the whole experience a good one.

Nick /Tommy were very helpful and there know Edge of the products were second to none..they went out of there way answering any questions we asked and they told us things anout the products we never even thought about asking.Would definatly recommend Dreams in Dundee to family and friends.

We were given a lot of time from Iain at the Dreams Dundee store. He took time to listen to what we wanted and gave us recommendations and then gave us the time to try them without him watching over us. We had our 18month old daughter with us and he gave her a balloon to keep her amused and chatted with her.

we looked at different types of beds and told the assistant what our requirements were. We looked at three different types and picked the most substantial one as it met our needs. the assistant spend time allowing us to inspect each bed.
