Iain in the Dundee store was great with us, he understood what we wanted which helped is make a decision, his knowledge on mattresses was outstanding And I'm fussy. The beds are by far the best out of all the bed shops we have been in.

Was easy to find what I was looking for, but unfortunately I couldn't find service I was looking for online (old mattress), so I had to complete my order over the phone.

Tom was very helpful efficient and professional when helping me make my order on the phone after having difficulties online

Very good service given by Iain, the sales assistant. He seemed very knowledgeable when explaining the various products. My husband has shoulder problems and neck problems and I feel he gave us good advice. First time in Dreams, but I would definitely use the shop again. There was a large selection of beds and mattresses and I felt the staff were very friendly.

Store was light and airy, there was room to browse the products on offer and the salespeople were attentive but not intrusive.

Scott came over about 2 minutes after we came into the store and he couldn't be more helpful
