Dreams - Dundee

Iain was very knowledgeable in the mattresses we were looking at (having had a bad experience in another department store). He took the time to explain everything we needed to know, he was patient with us jumping from one mattress to another (undecided). The store was close to closing time but that didn't matter. I feel he only had our interest at heart. He suggested other products that we might like to buy (we did) but he was by no means pushy.

Russell was very friendly and welcoming and did not try to pressure sell.

Tommy was very helpful and friendly. We just popped into the store to look at the price of mattresses for my sons room as he lives and works abroad but is due to visit for a few days at Christmas and my wife saw a bed which was being used for display was on sale. We ended up buying the bed along with a mattress and as the bed frame was black my wife mentioned we should probably get a black bedcover. Tommy told us that they also sell duvet covers and brought one over from another bed which was on display and it was perfect. Tommy arranged for the bed to be dismantled by the following night for me to collect from the store. Great service from start to finish.

Salesman very knowledgeable about product and left me to look and available in the background for information regarding product.

We had visited a few stores that day and where very disappointed we walked into dreams on the kings way in Dundee we got a few minutes to find our feet then Iain came over to help us and he was absolutely brilliant explained it all gave us plenty time over each choice brought us coffe tried all different pillow with the mattresses and it was just a pleasant and relaxing experience I would highly recommend it to friends Thankyou

Knowledge was good. We're given time to spend by ourselves, and not pressurised.

Salesman knew his products and gave us time to look around by ourselves and did not push a sale

Prompt attention. Listened to what I wanted and directed me to relevant options. Went over guarantee etc. Did not feel pressured. Even got a cup of tea!

Your shop sales person Iain was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were really impressed. He showed us how best to view the store then left us to browse. He was always on hand when we needed him and he was of tremendous help in selecting a mattress. He explained the various types and let us try them out in a careful sequence, listening to our feedback all the time. This was the first time we have shopped at Dreams and we were very impressed with the service we received. We will certainly recommend Dreams to friends.
