Dreams - Dundee

We were extremely pleased with the service we received at the Dundee store both times we were there. I like this store because they don't jump on you and push you in to buying anything the minute you come through the door.once you show interest in something they were very informative knew their stock and are extremely helpful and I was shopping for things I didn't need immediately they stored oir items until we needed them. All my beds are from dreams would not shop anywhere else for my beds.

Customer service representative (Iain) was extremely helpful and demonstrated a detailed knowledge of products. We felt this enabled us to make a well-informed choice. Iain was also able to explain to us how quality was reflected in the price we paid which meant that we were satisfied with our purchase. Iain's manner was extremely pleasant and he was chatty without being intrusive.

Very freindly staff and not pushing for a sale , gave us plenty of time to try the beds again on our own .

It was 2 minutes before the store was due to close and I just popped in to browse. Tommy took time to talk through my requirements and make a few suggestions. I ended up buying a bed even though it was about 20 mins after closing times I never felt under any pressure and I am happy with my decision.

After seeing the Luther TV bed online, I telephoned my local store to try and order it and was told it was not even on the system yet. I then contacted Iain who managed to find out more info about the bed and informed me that it was unlikely to be able to be delivered before Christmas as not in the country yet. Iain then asked about other products and we discussed a bed at a different store that we had seen. Iain found a comparable if not even better product in your store, price matched it and then arranged all finance, delivery, assembly etc. Very pleased with his service and looking forward to our new bed being delivered on 5th Dec.

I had difficulties purchasing online (my fault) so decided call. Nick I believe his name was amazing. Sorted everything and called me back to make sure everything was good. Amazing customer service

Tommy was extremely helpful in getting the bed I wanted and within the timescale I required, ie before the christmas period

Russell who helped us out was not pushy and left us to browse at our leisure. When we asked for assistance he was able to help us with what we needed and knew what he was talking about. He offered us something to drink and explained about the colour coding of the pillows. We didn't feel pushed into buying anything. Russell was friendly and polite.

This was our first visit to a Dreams store. Iain who dealt with us explained the layout and then left us to look around. Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable with the products.he didn't put us under pressure to buy.all in all we were very pleased with the product we purchased.

Iain and all the staff at Dreams in Dundee were very efficient in answering our questions and helping us select the bed and mattress we wanted, the ordering process was easy and the price was lower than we had been quoted elsewhere.
