The advice given allowed me to narrow my search on the type of bed that would suit me. The coices wer made simple and easy to make.

The salesman Stewart was extremely helpful and polite. He went out of his way to please us, and we ended up buying more than we intended.

Iain was the sales person in Dundee, he was very friendly and helpful. I did not order on the phone it was in the store, the reason I could not comment on the quality is because I do not have the goods yet.

I didn't have much time to choose what I wanted and I received all the help I needed. I felt that I was lead through the process seamlessly, and so far I am very satisfied. I have yet to received the bed, but so far, so good.

Was very impressed by your store manager(Nick). He was extremely helpful in showing all your products without being to pushy. This made our visit enjoyable and stress free. We found the store layout very easy to get round and understand the different products on show. WE noticed your premises were also very clean and tidy, Looking forward to our Dreams delivery

The time balance of being with a staff member and being left to investigate various alternatives was excellent. Always available and helpful yet not overpowering, were for me the right approach. This allowed technical discussion on several points on various products which aided my ultimate decision.

Initially a little confused when entering the store as there was so much choice, but Stewart came to our assistance quickly, explained the colour scheme, took us to the test beds and gave us lots of time to try them out and decide what we liked. Then came back and took us to the area with the type of mattress we have chosen and explained in more detail. Not too pushy though. Stewart was also very patient with our 3 year old which made shopping easier. Order process was quick and simple all done on-line with no paperwork which was great.

We were looking for a specific style of bed and found it in Dreams store. The salesman,Iain, was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous but didn't push for a sale. The quantity and quality of products was very good and also reasonable in price.

The sales person gave us sufficient time on our own to discuss what we felt and never felt hurried or ignored
