Friendly welcome into the store by scott and not too 'pushy'. Explained everything well and helped me purchase the right mattress for me. Very pleased with the service

On visiting the store, my husband and I were approached by an advisor (Sadie) who immediately put us at ease by offering us a drink. We spoke with her about our needs - we both have back problems, and she directed us to the mattresses we indicated we had an interest in. She insisted we use the tempur pod, which is a treat in the middle of a stressful shopping trip - 5 minutes to relax and unwind, and experience the massaging bed! We were back and forth between 3 mattresses over and over, but Sandie was extremely patient, and helped us focus on what we actually wanted from our bed. When we finally decided, she talked us through the options for the bed - colours, storage and headboard options, and we finally left close to 2 hrs after arriving being extremely satisfied with our purchase and the service.

To start with, we were met with a 'Welcome to dreams'! Amazing! We were assisted by the store manager Nick, his approach to sales was fantastic. Let us take as long as we needed, explained all the mattress types, pro's and cons of various bed types etc. He gave us a cup of tea and some Ribena for the kids. (That's an A+ right there) The ability to lie on as many beds as you liked, the temper experience room, the time that was taken with us was second to none. Nick's expertise in all things 'bed' shone through. A friendly approachable chap who certainly knew the products. He helped us decide on which bed and mattress to go for and took the time to explain all of the features of the bed as it is the multimedia version. I can't thank him enough for the assistance we received and he even took some money off the mattress protector we bought.. Well done Dreams of Dundee... A faultless service, and certainly would highly recommend.

The staff were really friendly from when we arrived. We spoke with Scott, who helped us through the whole process of purchasing our new mattress. Scott was very friendly and helpful throughout, taking the time to explain all the different options and styles available. He understood our needs and helped us choose the best option for us. The customer assistant - Russel - took time to find the product we were looking for and explain the various price differences. He didn't hurry us but was helpful and friendly.
