As soon as I walked in there was someone there to help me and he took as much time with me as I wanted. Very friendly and helpful and he showed me all the types of mattress and put no pressure on me as to which one to pick.

We were given very good advice and the salesperson spent time with us and was very patient.

Having never been in a dreams store before, we were very impressed by the ease at which you can choose your product. We were looking for a new mattress, the manager, Nick approached us and established our needs, went on to explain how the products are set out, left us to sample the different styles, then directed us to the correct area in store, he even produced pillows for the ultimate comfort in choosing the correct mattress. We were never under any pressure and were given plenty time to discuss and try out the two mattresses we were deciding between. Once the choice was made, aftercare was discussed fully as was delivery availability, before payment was finally taken. In all a very pleasent shopping experience, well impressed with the lay out and structure of choosing, as normally you wander aimlessly then are quite confused as to which one you thought suited you best. Definitely 100% satisfied customers 😊

I visited the store with my 2 kids, when I first arrived Nic was dealing with another customer so I had a look around to see what was on offer, he did give me advice on choosing a mattress so I had a wee try of some and left but returned half an hour later and Nic gave me 100% of his attention. it couldn't make me mind up on what headboard I wanted, he was very patient with me, cant wait for my new bed and mattress to arrive. Nic you made this shopping trip easy and stress free for me

Everything was good by the colour of the mattress which made it easier and giving you a pillow to try the mattress is a good idea

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Asked what we needed and which room the mattress and headboard were for which was our spare room. Stewart Petrie then showed us suitable products in acceptable price range. explaining each different products benefits. We didn't feel under pressure at all which was great as we could take our time to choose suitable product for us.

I revisited the store today 14 October to ask for an exchange. I was served by Russell who had not been able to continue serving me on the 5th but completely understood my problem today as I found the bed I had ordered too soft. He arranged the replacement and new delivery efficiently and was very pleasant and I appreciated his pleasant and professional manner. I look forward to receiving the firmer bed on 20th October.

we were buying a bed for our 10years granddaughter and she wanted to choose here 1st "real" bed. After a general conversation about what we were looking for Iain in the store went out of his way to put her at ease and directed the sale pitch etc. at her with a wink to us first on the more vital issues. At no time did any of us feel under pressure .This was our 3rd purchase from your Dundee store and once again it was a smooth and pleasant experience ,thanks mainly to the excellent staff in store.
