was helped by Stewart who explained the differences in the beds but also was concerned about why we were uncomfortable in our current bed. This allowed him to advise a selection of beds for us to try. At this stage it was nice to be left alone although Stewart was not for when assistance was needed. Nothing was too much bother, even when changing mattresses and bases to get the right one. Being offered drinks is such a good marketing tool sadly neglected by so many companies today, it allowed us to take our time with such an important decision. I suppose one major factor on using Dreams was the facility to exchange if not suitable within 40 days. A provision we hope not to use but just having it there is a comfort. Fantastic service gentleman very friendly and polite

We went in with as far as we knew extensive knowledge of the products we were to be purchasing, however during talks with the store assistant it was found that some information that they were able to supply could only be gained through personal experience, this allowed us to not make an incorrect purchase on additional items as they would not have fit onto our selected product.

Expert advice given very helpful without any pressure whatsoever.Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We visited Dreams to look for a new bed& mattress as our old one had seen better days. We met Stewart who pointed out the comfort zone mattresses and showed it how it worked. Stewart was very helpful in the way he came back across every so often and gave us some useful information and help to steer us in the right direction(we were on the brink of a physical breakdown as it seemed to be a hard decision for me and my partner to make). After what felt like 3 years we finally picked our mattress! On to bed frames we went, Stewart again was on hand to show us styles and features...he even made up the display bed in the window to show us how it could look in our home! We finally decided on a bed frame after looking at the same 2 bed frames for ages! Stewart set up our finance very easily and told us everything he was doing along the way!

Iain at the Dundee Store was great with us. He listened well and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very professional whilst friendly.

Although the product we wanted was not available in the store the assistant readily sourced online and the order was placed easily

Overall experience for us was excellent staff were knowledgeable and assisted on all practical questions which allowed us to come to a speedy decision on what was best for our requirements. We purchased with no doubts that the correct choice had been made.
