Staff very friendly and good explanations. No pressure to buy

Staff attended very quickly to see if we needed assistance or advice and once given left us to browse and try out the beds & pillows. Once we narrowed the selection down prompt assistance was again given with a wealth of knowledge and we made our decision. Staff, especially Kieran, who dealt with us were pleasant, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Made our visit a pleasant experience and we will be back. In fact we ordered another bed for my brother from dreams online as we were so impressed by the experience

Iain great us on arrival and instantly spoke to us about our needs. Took time to understand what we wanted. we did not feel pressured to buy.

Instant attention. Assistant knowledgable about all products. Kenn to spend time exlaining each bed and pillow. Allowed time to test products. Very pleasant manner no pushy salesman.

Assistant was friendly and amusing, very knowledgeable about the products. The bed was for my 91 year old mother who was with me in the store. Many of the assistants chatted to her and she didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable lying on the beds to try them out. All in all, I think she had a good day! The 40 day trial period is also a good idea, not that we will need it hopefully.

I found the member of staff, Scott, very helpful and understood if I didn't want an item. Nothing worse than being forced into something you don't want. He took the time to find what kind of mattress I needed, although in the end I didn't take it, just the bedstead. He was very patient. He explained everything to me from why I was trying out the beds to payment terms.

The help, advice, and knowledge of the products was outstanding. The time spent with us, and all our questions were answered with complete professionalism and patience. Advice was without parallel.

The assistant, Stewart, explained your colour coding system to me , showed the various models in my price range then left me to try them out.

Iain was helpful knowledgable friendly without being in your fave. He turned what i was expecting to be a nightmare into a very pleasant experience. I cannot express how helpful he was - I was not expecting someone to interact the way he did without being obtrusive - total credit to your store and will ensure we will return

At first I wasn't too sure what I should buy but the assistant helped me to decide with their knowledge of the different types of mattresses available!
