Staff were not pushy. Left to try different beds on our own. Plenty of information given.

Sandra was not pushy at all let us try all the beds then offered different options colour for base and headboard

First time buyers at the store. Bought the mattress we wanted no hassles.

Wide range of mattresses. Assistant able to explain pros and cons of each type, and allowed us time on our own. Was there when needed but put no pressure on us to buy.

Made to feel very welcome, encouraged to try everything out , was not rushed or pressured into sale. Was happy with choice and quality of products

The sales assistant, Russell, was very helpful re the range of beds and mattresses available, offered us tea or coffee and seemed to understand what we were looking for in a new bed. He then showed us those which best met our requirements and left us to browse by ourselves for a while. This was very much appreciated as it can be very intimidating to be always accompanied by a salesperson,especially when making an important and costly purchase. Once we had made a decision the salesman then guided us carefully through the ordering process and we are looking forward to our new bed's arrival. Another point we would like to mention is that my husband is disabled and, though there was unfortunately no public toilet available in the store, he was kindly allowed to use the staff facility, another much appreciated point leading to our high rating for your store.

I was very impressed with the salesman and the way he spent his time and explained everything to me and also listen to my en queries so by the end of the sale I was very happy so I would give him a 10 out of 10

Dreams was the first store we tried as we had only gone out to have a look first of all, the salesperson Iain was extremely helpful in directing us to the product we were looking for. Instead of wandering around aimlessly the beds are colour co-ordinated to your specific needs which is great for the customers. We spent a short time looking and had great information from Iain who did not crowd us but popped over from time to time to answer any questions we may have had. The price was not an issue for us but we found the pricing to be very good. All in all we had a great hour or so buying our mattress with a lovely, helpful guy who clearly had an excellent knowledge of all things bed. Thanks to Iain for brilliant customer service. We will definitely come back (once we win the prize draw) ..... Well done :)

Assistant (Kieran) clearly knew what he was talking about and was very helpful, didn't feel rushed or pressured.
