Dreams - Dundee

We were highly satisfied because everything was laid out in a way that we could understand once the assistant Iain talked us through it. He was really helpful but not pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and allowed us to try out the various mattresses at our own leisure but was there if we needed advise. He really seemed to know what he was talking about which we found to be excellent due the the fact that our current mattress, only 4 years old, has never been what we wanted from day one (not from Dreams) and looking back maybe the assistant back then didn't explain things as good. There was no 40 day return / exchange available back then which was another selling point for us.

The staff were very pleasant and allowed us to look around the store at our own pace and did not hound us to buy products once explaining the colour scheme to set mattress types which I found very helpful and saved alot of time. Stewart from the Dundee store offered us refreshments that I found very welcoming. He found us a delivery date very quickly and processed the transaction with ease. Fantastic customer service.

The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and all very friendly. They directed us to the correct product for our needs. We never felt rushed.

The customer service at the Dreams store in Dundee was second to none. Iain was the gentleman who helped me throughout my visit and helped me by showing me a number of beds to suit both my needs and my budget. He showed me in detail a few beds which I caught my interest, and gave me plenty of time to browse to make up my mind once he had finished showing me round. It was his knowledge of the products, his professional manner, and sincerity which really stood out from other stores I had visited. This coupled with the fact I never once felt pressured into buying anything, along with the stores great prices, which made up my mind to purchase the bed today. Overall a fantastic store with great staff!
