Dreams - Dundee

Visited with my gran for her to purchase a new bed Sandie was very helpful spending time explaining everything. Sandie's approach was spot on not overpowering or pushy but very helpful at the same time. Left my gran to try the beds out in her own time and checked every so often if we were ok and gave advise where needed. An asset to the dreams company .

We went into the store looking for a single bed and saw only a small selection. Then as we were leaving an assistant explained to us the pricing system and the fact that all the beds on show are available as singles. This got us very interested and eventually we made a purchase. Had it not been for the explanation and the assistance given we may have been out the door thinking that Dreams had only the small selection of single beds on display.

staff were friendly on my first visit looked on line for ideas then went back to store to order what I needed staff very helpful gave good advice on which mattresses I needed x2 as I have osteoporosis in my spine and son needed one for support for his back ordered mattresses for ourselves and were able to deliver them quickly for us which was great couldn't fault anything excellent service thank you to your staff

Russell attended to me on my visit. He fully and clearly explained the system and process within the store to ensure I quickly found the range and type of bed and mattress I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of his business and tended to my needs reassuring me of the different types of mattresses I was trying. The selection within the store was good. The store was bright, clean and tidy. The ease of dealing with the transaction and delivery process was noted and appreciated.

A member of staff came over to speak to us and offered us a drink, we had our disabled son with us and Sandie one of your sale assistants asked him if he would like some juice, She later came back with some for him. She was very helpful with finding out information about the beds we were looking at and pointed us in the right direction as to which mattress would suit us. All your staff were very kind and spoke to both us and our son during our time in your shop.
