Good vibes from when we walked in till we walked out

Wonderful service from when we entered the shop. We were made to feel relaxed and try out as many beds as we wished. Scott was very polite,helpful and knowledgable about the products. This helped us in making a decision of what to go for. Paying and arranging delivery was made easy with assistance from Scott and manager Nick. Looking forward to a good sleep in our new bed and new pillows. Many thanks to Scott and Nick.

Jake took care of everthing from start to finish. The transaction could have been quicker but jake was being very thorough. We where not in a hurry but if we where it could have been an issue. But your staff member was outstanding!

THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL

We were helped considerably by the salesman who explained completely about the different type mattresses and the bases with suitable drawers. we also chose the excellent headboard which was very securely fitted down at the base rather than just screwed with woods to the back of the bed as is the cheap method. The very pleasant sales chap explained every individual cost before asking if this met our complete needs. We were satisfied and paid the cost in full.

We were helped very much by Russell at the Dundee Store with his expert knowledge helped us to make the decision to make our purchase. He gave us all the details of the costing as he went through the purchase period and the delivery date for the bed, mattress and headboard assembly. all in all a very satisfactory experience.
