Staff within the store extremely helpful and friendly. Did not feel that I was forced into making a purchase.

The Staff were Polite and Very Helpful.I felt relaxed and shopping for my Mattress was stress free and pleasurable.

The sales assistant was approachable and friendly, they helped me chose a mattress (I had no idea what I wanted), and within 15 minutes they had help me choose one, pay and select a delivery time. The service was very efficient.

I was pleasantly greeted by the salesman (Iain) upon my arrival at the store. He was attentive, helpful, knowledgable and informative. The store was due to close twenty minutes after my arrival. At no time did he rush me. At closing time when I still had not made a decision, he gave me the option of leaving and calling back another time (the following day) or taking my time and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Processing of the purchase was swift and easy. Iain stayed twenty minutes after closing time to seal the deal.

We brought our bed with you a few months ago, we required a bed for spare room and went straight to dreams due to the high standered of service we experience on our last visit. We were not disappointed, a great service from Iain
