Dreams - Dundee

The staff were very friendly and did not hang over you when you first walked in. If any shop assistant pounces on you when you walk in we walk away. I like to browse knowing that if I need assistance then there is someone there to assist and that is exactly what happened here we were welcomed and acknowledged when we walked in and were assisted quickly when we required it by warm friendly staff - well done Dundee branch great customer service.

I felt I got undivided 1 to 1 attention in order to get the exact item I wanted. I came away believing I had got what I went in for ( and perhaps more)

We were served promptly by a very pleasant staff member and directed to item we were looking to buy. We were shown and given informative and helpful information about different products which enabled us to choose exactly what we wanted

We were given all the best information. We were directed towards a mattress that was very good value. Just what we wanted

Entered the shop and within minutes was approached by an extremely helpful assistant, he introduced himself and asked if we needed help,which we did as a wee bit confused as to what we wanted. We were explained to about the colour coding and what it meant,we told assistant what we wanted in a mattress and within 10 minutes I was lying on the bed which I eventually bought. The guy gave us a few other beds to try just in case we preferred them for comfort,he also noticed I held my neck while trying beds so asked about my sleeping habits,he went and got myself and my husband a pillow each which we bought as they were brilliant. I have used my pillow and had a fantastic sleep,just waiting on my new bed now and can't wait, the assistants name was Iain and was in the Dundee store. I can't thank him enough for the whole experience as he really knew and did his job extremely well and I am so pleased we went to Dreams for our new bed.

Great service by a lovelly gentleman called Iain in store in Dundee.was a bed for my daughter i loved the way he also spoke with her about the choice.Left us to speak and then returned .Was a pleasure to buy a bed from him

Very friendly and helpful staff. The colour coding was to great help. The service of providing us with a pillow of our choice when testing the beds were to great help.

Russell was memorable enough for his product knowledge, friendliness and efficiency. He took into account our preferences, understood my mother was disabled and was attentive enough for me to phone the store even though it was all on the web.

The assistant Stewart was very helpful and polite.
