Stewart was friendly, gave us clear guidance on the range of products, allowed us to have plenty of time to make decisions and was courteous and polite throughout. He was not pushy in any way and made it very clear all of the options open to us, regardless of prices etc.....when it came to making the purchase, he gave us all of the information we needed to be fully informed and explained the processes clearly as we proceeded. Very satisfied with Stewart in all aspects of this purchase.

Having bought the wrong mattress online 2 years ago we were desperate to find a mattress that would suit both myself and my husbands needs.
