Sales assistant (Jake) was very patient and helpful. He clearly explained the options of buying a mattress to suit our needs.

Iain was fantastic the first time we came in at giving us a walkround of the store and explained the layout. He gave us time to look around ourselves without him which I really appreciated. (The second time we came in unfortunately he was not working that day and another man helped us. I felt he was too pushy with the sales, I felt he wasn't listening to our needs and just pushing for the largest sale. He was also a little rude as he made gestures to another colleague whilst we were trying the beds. I hope it wasn't about us I didn't say anything but he was not getting our business so we left.) The third time we came back Iain was in again and that is when we made our purchase. Iain was great just going over the products we had selected and was very patient when we changed our minds. All the way through he explained all the different services and he was very efficient with the paperwork and delivery. I would recommend anyone to go to Dreams Dundee and highly recommend Iain as the assistant to see.

Sandie was very helpful. We were lying randomly over the beds and she let us know that the types of mattresses were colour coordinated and helped us first pick what type we liked and then what mattress we wanted, otherwise we could have been there for hours! She also helped us with a duvet and covers and a quick purchase. She was also really helpful when sorting out a delivery date to what was suitable with us. She also took the time to speak to us on a personal level making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience in the store!

The salesman was very attentive and discussed all available buying options. He had in depth knowledge of the mattress I should buy.

The colour system made it easy to choose from so many mattresses

Nick the store manager loomed after us very well, I didn't find him to be a pushy sales man and he had a great knowledge of all of the products

Our assistant Sandie was very easy going and very informative. She was in no way pushy and knew when to stand back and give us time to confer. Her product knowledge and direction for our particular needs was excellent and made what can often be a very confusing decision actually very easy. We were very impressed with the lay out and ease to which Dreams have thought out their process of choosing, so well done there and very good for a multi-national retail brand.

greeted on arrival, assistant took time and listened to all our needs which helped in the decision of the type of mattress, pillow and style of bed. never felt rushed for a sale or to make a sale that day which made us feel more comfortable about shopping at dreams. as if they were pushy for a sale we would have walked out. so overall was a great first time experience and would highly recommend dreams to our friends and family. many thanks again Laura and Garry.
