Dreams - Dundee

The colleague, Jake, was attentive and once he determined what we wanted, took us over to a section showing various combinations with a brief description and gave us space to look and try for ourselves. When we indicated we had made a choice he came over and gave us greater detail of the product we were interested in and stressed that the other examples of mattress did come in same degree of firmness. However we confirmed our choice and we went to finalise the order. Jake went over all the options available in cover and guarantees etc. and we were very pleased with his attention to detail.

We came in knowing that we wanted a frame with storage space and we knew we needed a hard mattress because of back problems. The staff member who helped us took us through the 5 types of mattress and explained to us which ones might be the best for someone with back issues. We ended up being shown several different mattresses and were explained the trial period that we would be given to exchange the mattress if it wasn't for us and then moved on to the frames. There were several choices of frames that would be appropriate and were explained the delivery options. All-in-all a very comprehensive trip to the store, we even ended up buying a few extras as well, including pillows, the bed cover and a set of sheets.

On entering the store it was very confusing faced with all these mattresses. Then one of the assistants, Iain, explained how the store was laid out and was extremely helpful. I eventually made my choice which was a Rapport Acti K Mattress and two Tempur pillows.

I love my new mattress, also the fact there were lots to choose from.

I went into the shop in Dundee and was greeted with a lovely smile by a lady named Sandie. She was quickly over and assisting me in choosing the correct bed for me. Her knowledge and customer service was 10/10. And I just felt so comfortable.

We were greeted on arrival at the store then thankfully left to have a look around ourselves , nothing worse than sales person looming over you all the time. As soon as it looked like we needed assistance we were approached and given excellent service, the sales advisor answered all of our questions , he definately knew the spec of the stores products. With his help , with the information we gave him,we purchased a good quality bed.

We found all the store staff very friendly and welcoming. We were met by Kieran who made the selection of our mattress purchase very easy. His product knowledge was excellent and we never at any time felt rushed or pressured into the purchase. What was quite a daunting prospect of looking for a new mattress it turned out to be a very pleasant experience.

Nick the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient with us as we took quite a while to make our minds up. We were shown all types of beds and Nick fully explained the differences between each one.
